Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of this platform (“Platform”) and the services offered by WHEELIYO Private Limited (“Company”).

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1. Services

Terms of Offer: By requesting any service through the Platform, you agree to this Agreement.
Customer Solicitation: You agree to receive calls and emails unless you opt out.
Opt-Out: Via email unsubscribe link, by emailing [Email ID], or by written request to the Company’s registered address.
Proprietary Rights: You may not copy, resell, or redistribute Company services or content.
Tax: You are responsible for applicable taxes on services purchased.

Marketplace & Service Disclaimers:

Wheeliyo acts only as an intermediary and does not own or verify vehicles unless explicitly stated.
Online auctions are binding, non-retractable, and repo vehicles are sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis.
Subscription data is informational and sourced from third parties; accuracy is not guaranteed.
RTO services are subject to government processes and timelines.
Challan payments depend on government systems and third-party gateways.
Vehicle data sourced from government portals is provided on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Spare parts and accessories may be sold by third parties; quality and fitment are seller’s responsibility.

2. Platform Use

Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must comply with all applicable laws and not misuse the Platform.
Posting content grants Wheeliyo a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.
Certain services require mandatory KYC verification.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

Wheeliyo disclaims all warranties including accuracy, reliability, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers are responsible for independent inspections of vehicles.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wheeliyo and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, Services, or violation of this Agreement.
